In 2015, Luke founded Roman Sanford, and since that time, has created one of the most sought after private security firms for UHNW families in New York, and beyond. Luke, prideful of his service to the community, still serves as a decorated, active Police Detective & SWAT Team member in NY; this has been made possible because he’s created a phenomenal management team to assist in day to day operations. Furthermore, Luke is a US Air Force Veteran, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business, is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Boxing, and continues to push a strong philanthropic agenda year to year, committing to many veteran, and local community organizations to include, but not limited to: The Headstrong Project, The Green Beret Foundation, Hudsons Helping Hands, & the HYC BLUE FUND.

Adam has served as Executive Director to all security operations at Roman Sanford since 2020, before making Vice President of the security firm in 2024. He oversees multiple arms of the firm, to include Executive Protection, High Profile Events, Private Investigations, and more. Adam is a retired New York MTA Police Sergeant with over 20 years in law enforcement, and security practices. As a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he serves in the primary training cadre at Roman Sanford BLACK, an element of the firm which trains protection agents, military, law enforcement, and civilians for various applications in self defense, firearms and more.

Dillon has been head of security advisory and risk management services for RS private clients since 2018. As a US Army Special Forces combat veteran, and graduate of Harvard University, Dillon has developed all of the skillsets necessary to advise the UHNW clients of Roman Sanford in ways most cannot. He has an extraordinary and sophisticated background, which makes his role at the firm unique, and critical.

Billy currently serves as Director of all Training Operations at Roman Sanford BLACK. The RS Black Program is a tactical & medical training initiative that supports the growth of protection agents, military, law enforcement and civilians. Billy comes from a sophisticated background in the law enforcement and security industry. He is an active duty Police Officer with over 20 years of service to include but not limited to SWAT, Anti-Gang & Narcotics, and Firearm Instruction. He has also been tasked with running executive protection programs for some of the wealthiest families in the world.

After a remarkable spy career at US Central Intelligence Agency, Molly made the transition to working and leading business development operations at Roman Sanford, as well as serving as senior intel analyst and mission support director for foreign operations conducted by RS protection elements. Mollys intelligence background has led her to extraordinary career opportunities at RS, and elsewhere (undisclosed).

With over 20 years experience in the security industry, Eric brings a tremendous amount of experience to the Roman Sanford firm, with more niche skillsets in celebrity & executive protection. Eric has been with the firm since 2016, and has safeguarded countless clients for RS without incident since that time.

After navigating a 30 year career in Law Enforcement, Tim came on board the RS team full time in 2024 to fulfill a role spearheading the firms private investigations unit. Over the course of his law enforcement career, Tim became a lead investigator in complex criminal investigations specializing in cases ranging from organized crime syndicates to homicides. He developed a reputation for being a tenacious and thorough investigator consistently obtaining results and demonstrating unwavering integrity. In addition to his law enforcement career, Tim has more than 35 years in the security field where he has engaged in overseeing large accounts that protected many high profile clients, to include dignitaries & celebrities.

Gareth has been an integral part of the Roman Sanford Team since 2019. By 2020, he became Security Director out of the NY office and brought great value to the firm with tremendous talent for recruiting, client acquisition/retention, and the experience needed to direct operations at high levels. Gareth is a former professional MMA fighter and black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He speaks multiple languages, trains tactics and medical readiness, and truly values the art of protecting UHNW individuals and celebrities on a global scale. Due to his experiences serving clients domestically and overseas, Gareth has become the RS EP Support Director out of South Florida, and facilitates global EP operations for our teams.
