TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Payment

    1. Payment is due upon receipt in order to confirm the date and begin planning. 

    2. Payment via credit card is subject to a processing charge of 3.4% for Amex and 2.9% for all other credit cards.

    3. Billing is subject to increase at the discretion of Roman Sanford due to changes in procedures based on necessity or client request

    4. Payment of any invoice will be received as acknowledgement of the Terms and Conditions set forth.

  2. Cancellations

    1. The client is eligible for a refund in the amount of 50% of the total invoice value given that they provide at least 14 days notice prior to the event date. Any services reserved within 1-14 days prior to the event date are nonrefundable.

  3. Risk of Loss

    1. The client shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to personal property, vehicles and/or equipment in connection with the event.

  4. Overtime

    1. Should contractors or staff be requested to stay later than the reserved event end time, the client is subject to additional billing following the event, and late payment of such additional bills will incur a $50 penalty fee per day.
