In 2018, Billy served as an assistant director to Roman Sanfords BLACK Program, a tactical training platform designed to engage, educate, and develop law enforcement, military, and civilians in the use of firearms and tactics; by 2023, Billy became the Director of Training and continues to bring tremendous value to the RS mission.
